The problem

The diary should not compete with the work.

The phone rings in the middle of a colour

Taking bookings while you work means messy notes, double-booked chairs, and clients waiting on hold. A public booking link takes that off your hands.

No-shows wreck a packed Saturday

A missed colour is a lost chair and a wasted bowl. Automatic email reminders — the day before and an hour out — bring people back to the appointment they chose.

Walk-ins cannot see who is free

A QR poster at reception lets them book the next cut on their phone instead of hovering at the desk or leaving.

How Webcyter helps

Software that fits the way you already work.

Services that match the menu

Add Cut & finish, colour, treatments, and kids’ cuts with the real duration and display price. Clients book what you actually offer — not a generic “appointment”.

Stylists and locations, when you need them

On Scale, each chair or team member can be their own calendar. Clients pick a location, then the stylist. Starter still gives you one clear bookable calendar to launch with.

Your brand on the booking page

Logo, photos, brand colour, and your story. It looks like the salon, not a generic scheduler. Embed the same form on your existing website if you already have one.

A customer list that remembers

See who has sat in the chair before, their contact details, and the services they booked — useful for follow-ups and favourite-stylist notes.

Get started

Live in three steps.

  1. 01

    Set the chair hours

Weekly opening hours drive the slots clients can choose. Closed Mondays stay closed.

  2. 02

    List every service

Duration and price sit on each service so a balayage cannot squeeze into a 30-minute gap.

  3. 03

    Share one link

Instagram bio, Google Business, SMS, and a QR poster at the desk. Bookings land on your dashboard with email confirmation for the client.

FAQ

Questions Salons ask.

Can clients book a specific stylist?

Yes on the Scale plan. Create a calendar per stylist (or per chair). Clients choose a location, then the person they want. Starter and Growth use a single calendar — perfect while you are a solo operator or a small team sharing one book.

Do clients pay when they book?

No. Webcyter shows your prices so people know what to expect, then they book without a card. You take payment in salon, the way you already do.

Will this work if we already have a website?

Yes. Embed the booking form with one snippet on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or a custom site — or send people to your Webcyter page at /b/your-salon.

How do reminders help a salon?

Every confirmed booking can send the client an email confirmation (with a calendar file) plus reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before. That is the difference between a full colour and an empty bowl.
